Drury Bynum is an American artist, born in Louisiana and living in Baltimore. He has been drawing since childhood and school had gotten him an MFA in painting at MICA and Bowling Green, but life has given him gifts that allow him to express himself completely—with feeling and thoughtfulness on the canvas. His current work, which stretches from abstract to narrative to portrait, is the culmination of thirty years of life; getting married, running a business, making films, fighting for creativity and diving deep within to bring it all to the surface.
