Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Studio Pass renews annually. Cancel any time, no penalty.
What about Stripe's processing fee?
Stripe charges their standard rate on client payments. That's between you and Stripe. Heirloom System doesn't add anything on top.
Is the founding price real?
Yes. There are 50 founding seats at $297/yr — locked at that rate as long as you stay active. When they're gone, the price is $497/yr. No countdown timer, no extensions, no tricks.
What's included in the framing income?
You earn 20% on every custom frame sale and 15% on tabletop and gifts. When your client reorders through their portal — years later — you earn your share on that too. No work on your end.
What if I need help getting set up?
A real person will help you. Not a chatbot, not a knowledge base. A person who understands how a portrait studio actually runs.
What happens if I go over my storage or SMS limit?
We'll tell you before it ever hits your statement. Overages are billed at cost — never as a surprise.
