It was 2016, I was on maternity leave with my second son and my husband had just started a new career.

My job as an L&D nurse was essentially paying for daycare and knew that I needed to supplement my income just to keep our heads above water.

Like many aspiring side-hustle photographers, I dusted off my college Nikon and started practicing.

I never intended to create an entire business model around a forgotten and ignored form of portraiture, I just did what was meaningful to me and found that it resonated with others.

Over the past decade of meeting families, I have found that regardless of the region or tax bracket, most moms share these truths:

Our mental load is HEAVY.

Our homes are full of clutter yet our walls are bare.

We value traditions but we don't stop to make our own.

We think we will always remember but we forget.

There is so much out there that we don't know where to start.

Time keeps passing and we can't get it back.

We just need some help.

I am ten years into this journey and I have finally decided to go back to square one and do what is meaningful to me and hope it resonates with others instead of doing everything for everyone.
