At Born & Raised, we aim to create generational Heirloom portraits that last. Our in house printing and framing options provide a seamless service from start to finish. We have chosen quality products to fit any style and provide complimentary framing consultation to help you choose the right size and frame for your space.

Retouching: Each image in your gallery is individually retouched in photoshop. No batch editing here! All blemishes, bruises, wrinkles, rashes, and stray hairs are carefully corrected. We have a highly skilled editing team who can accomplish any request.

Print quality: Not only have we sourced and tested the best paper available, our team does all printing in our Auburn studio. This enables us to review each print in person and make any corrections needed. For instance, we make sure all siblings fill the same amount of space in the print. When your images are hanging side by side, even the slightest difference in head sizes can be obvious. You have entrusted us with a portrait that will be around for generations and we take that very seriously.

Framing: Not only does our paper stand the test of time (200 year archival quality), our frames do too. Our framed prints are dry mounted to archival foam core, lined with framing tape, matted, and secured with a dust cover to keep your portraits safe forever.

Upon booking a session, you will be provided with useful information to answer any questions you may have. We have several resources such as a clothing catalog to help you feel prepared for your session. When you walk in the door, our complimentary wardrobe options will be waiting for you (if needed) and we will continue to guide you through the session.
